These Terms govern your use of Bobadex, the app and the website, provided by Leon Hsieh (“I”, “me”). By using Bobadex, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for complying with these Terms and applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., shops, drinks, photos, captions). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve Bobadex. Photos and captions you mark public may be shown on the Bobadex website.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or to protect the Service or other users.
Bobadex integrates third-party services (e.g., Supabase, Firebase, Sentry, Vercel). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features. Shop and city data also include third-party datasets; see Data Sources & Licenses.
Brand summaries and mascot artwork may be produced with automated or AI-assisted tools from public information about those brands. They are original Bobadex interpretations, not official artwork or endorsements. You can switch mascot artwork off in Settings.
We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
